Returning Merchandise
– If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete the form below within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

*Original shipping fee is non refundable 

*Please note that we can only authorize returns once per order.
*Any issues concerning a not delivered package we have to be notified within 30 days of order date.
*Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to return the items. If the package is returned after 14 days of delivery date, the return is subject to 20% restocking fee.

“sale” category

All items from the sale category are final sale. These items can not be returned for refund or exchange.

Tags and Packaging

Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.

Credit/Gift certificate 
Your credit is going to be in form of gift certificate, a special code will be emailed to you which you can use for future purchases from ccwholesaleclothing.com.
You will be given credit for the items you return only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Credit/Gift Certificate will be issued within 1 to 2 business days after we receive and process your returns.

Nonrefundable items
Returned items from the following categories are not accepted.
( Cosmetics, Undergarments, Hosiery: If items from following categories are shipped back they are subject to 20% restocking fee )

All items from the sale category are final sale. These items can not be returned for refund or exchange.
