We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Outletshoppings.com, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Outletshoppings.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
PAYMENT POLICY (Credit Card)
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
TAXES
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Outletshoppings.com holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is not in stock, it will be indicated in our store and not available for purchase. If a specific order cannot be completed in full. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your Customer account.
Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please send an email to suppor@Outletshoppings.com within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, Outletshoppings.com is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
Orders Not Received
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Outletshoppings.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation. We will pursue a claim with UPS (or another provider like USPS , Fed Ex) on behalf of the drop shipper that UPS () didn’t deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit to the customer account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.
Damaged Product Claims
After receiving the claim, Outletshoppings.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the drop shipper that UPS didn’t deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit to the customer account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.
